Sexual Orientation Discrimination

If your sexual preference labels you as “gay”, “lesbian” or “transgender” and you are clearly being discriminated against or harassed by your employer because of it, you could file with the “EEOC” Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for a right to sue.

Just because you might prefer sexual relations or a relationship with someone of your own sex or someone who is in a sexual transition, it is no reason to be discriminated against at work.
