Since the Union rank and file have voted the new contract down, we are withdrawing our complaint in Federal Court.  It is unclear what the next steps are but I am assured by the Plaintiffs, who it was a privilege to represent, that they will continue to monitor the situation and it may be that Kolman Law PC will have to file an additional pleading in the future to protect the rights of XJT Flight Attendants.
